Gracing Faces #nofilter is a hands-on makeup class geared toward aspiring and current makeup artists who desire to learn the makeup techniques of Memphis-based makeup artist Zii. In a salon setting, each artist will be asked to bring their kit and model as if they were on a real makeup call. Zii will share her experiences and offer mentorship in the following topics:

• How to become a successful makeup artist

• Going freelance

• Kit building

• Clientele care and communication

• Social Media Savviness

• Techniques, tips and tricks of the trade

Prior to the workshop, each student will be provided with a basic makeup kit checklist to ensure a successful workshop experience. In addition, there will be food, fun, prizes and gifts from sponsors, and certificates of completion will be given to each participating makeup artist.
